About our School
|
Bordon Infant School is a 22 year old, attractive, single storey building which shares a large site with Bordon Junior School and the Chase Children's Centre. Bordon was originally a small garrison town on the A325 between Petersfield and Farnham. It has grown extensively over the last 15 years with substantial housing development, which has increased the population of Bordon and Whitehill to a size similar to that of Alton or Petersfield.
We have recently had significant improvement to the inside of the school which means we now have 6 large, light and spacious classrooms. A fantastic new library and a purpose built nurture room and kitchen. We have a purpose built Reception playground giving our youngest children the freedom to use the outside area in complete safety. There are currently plans to develop the main playground to create exciting new areas for the children to use. We are just waiting for our pupils’ school council to decide on which plan they like.
We run a morning breakfast club for both infant and junior children that runs from 8 o’clock until 8:45 and only costs £2 per session.
We also have an after school club, the Casa Club which runs until 6 o'clock. For more information on the Casa Club click the link on this page.
